to expect your brick and mortar store that doesnt advertise "to beat any price", is unrealistic for them to match online stores. They have to pay utilities, rent/lease, storage, insurance, deal with theft, liability insurance alone is expensive as hell. Plus if you want knowledgeable help there you have to pay $12-14 an hour, and offer them benefits like health insurance.

If you dont care about waiting for the stuff you want then dont complain, it sounds very selfish and ignorant to complain about brick and mortar stores prices. If you said brick and mortar store X is 50% more expensive than store Y on EVERYTHING thats pushing the limits. To compare a internet vendor to a store is not at all.

Did you complain to the internet store that they cant get you the stuff as soon as your local shop???????

Sorry had to rant and give you some insight, i own a service business ... and i get people that want to "figure the price THEY DESERVE" based on all sorts of voodoo math of combining one element subtracting another and then saying crap like " i am on a fixed income" and other such nonsense. I have people that want me to match prices of other business THAT ARENT EVEN IN BUSINESS ANYMORE, and havent been in business for 3-5 years. The public is insane.

You either want it or you dont. If they are fair they stay in business, if they arent fair and knowledgeable they dont.

The problem if there is one .... will take care of itself.
