I Hate Taggers!
http://cbs2.com/topstories/local_story_059160309.html
Purported Tagger Allegedly Stabs Retired Deputy (CBS) HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. A 16-year-old suspected tagger allegedly stabbed a retired Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy Wednesday after the deputy confronted the teen in Huntington Beach, police said. The retired deputy approached the teen after reportedly seeing him putting graffiti on a traffic pole in the area of Magnolia Street and East Adams Avenue about 10:30 a.m., said Huntington Beach police Lt. Craig Junginger. The teen allegedly pulled a knife and repeatedly stabbed the retired deputy, whom was able to pull his weapon and fire at the teen twice, missing both times, Junginger said. Police took the boy into custody and the the retired deputy was taken to UCI Medical Center, where he was in stable condition, Junginger said.

How about this from the LA Times Yesterday...
A sophomore at a South L.A. school is accused of vandalizing a vehicle carrying the mayor. The incident was caught on film.

Taggers suck. Graffiti artists that are legally given space to work with usually produce some amazing work. I'm all for promoting a PROPER outlet for graffiti artists but people that just tag stupid stuff all over private property need their asses kicked.
We catch people tagging in our bathrooms or on our tables and other stuff occasionally. They are taken out the front door and accidentally run into a parking meter a couple of times and handed over to the police. We press charges.

I think you are letting them off kinda easy. I feel they should be stripped naked, then be painted from head to toe with every drop of paint, or ink they have on them, and then after they get bounced off the parking meter they should be handcuffed to a post with the keyholes filled with supperglue, yes I have had to clean up after these $hitbags too. |

I hear you but bars/clubs have big insurance so lawyers see big money so you have to act within the law...or stay VERY close.
We clean up after them plenty...it sucks. It may be just a bunch of bars and clubs but I take pride in the appearance of our businesses and it is a CONSTANT battle between us and the toolbags with the markers/paint/etc.

Get a DOG. A black and red German. They will never see him in the dark, unless you put one of those stupid chromed collars on him. Take him with you and keep him on a leash. Put the retard on the meter outside and just let the dog scare the piss out of him, while you have the dog on the leash. Just close enough to scare him good. It may be enough just to make them never come back. Works for me. |
