Condolances and Praise to them. We've done that when necessary too. It's not that new of a tactic, just not a preferred one.

This reminds me of a story where US SF troops strapped themselves to the open ammo doors of Marine Cobras to be carried to the top of a mountain to get ahead of some Towlibans. The op was a success and the SF took out the Towliban.
This from the story... "the Taliban were not expelled from Jugroom fort, and their defiance may be a harbinger of more hard fighting to come." Bring up the Buffs! JDAMs make Towlibans into good muzzies. .
