Get the hell out of here with this craziness... lol... Your a grown man on the net talking about how you almost had to shoot a 12 year old who needed to use the bathroom! That kid wasn't going to bother you and even if he wanted to I'm sure you wouldn't need to use you XD service to stop him. All you would have to do it flip him over and spank the shyt out of him. lol

stop being so scary,
Ray

I didn't think the kid was up to anything really, but my wife was freaking out just based on me letting someone I didn't know in. Her freaking out got me a little on edge. I had no more intent to shoot this kid than anyone carrying concealed on a normal day. CCW isn't legal in WI so I'm not used to carrying at all, but I grabbed it just in case my wife wasn't overreacting and I had done something stupid by letting him in. After all, we knew he didn't live in the house he claimed to be locked out of, there's no minimum age for being armed and/or up to no good, and I tend to be far too trusting a lot of times. Personally, I wouldn't want to fight even a 12 y/o who had a knife if I were unarmed.

The main part that freaked me out was when I saw the news report that someone locally was using the same excuse to pull off armed robberies. That and the fact that his eyes were solid black.

Also, the thought that I could have needed to use my weapon was more of me thinking what could have happened if it had been the woman with the knife rather than the little boy who I let in.

I honestly wouldn't have thought anything of him if I had been home alone, the little lady just got all worked up (which tends to put me on edge). But I still would have been a little surprised that the stranger needing to use the bathroom bit had been used all around town for robbery at knife point.

I'm not trying to scare anyone, this has just been a bit of an odd and eye-opening series of events for me.

Did you ever think of the possiblity that an adult was using a child to "case" your house, so they could return when you werent there and have an idea of what sorts of valuable things to look for? Or that the kid was sent in to see if the house was even worth breaking into?

I would have gotten my coat on, and taken the kid next door to talk to the neighbors, gun holstered, if they werent home, i would call the cops. On the premises that if someone cant coroborate the kids story, and he actually is locked out of the house, then his parents would be guilty of neglect, and the police would know what to do with him. Whenever i get a knock on my door that im not expecting iv got my gun on my belt before i answer.

I did think of that, which is why i chose to take him downstairs instead of through the main part of the house. The basement is finishd but pretty bare. Unless he wants to steal a treadmill, he didn't see much down there. That was also the reason for taking a spin around the block to see if he was next door waiting for them to return.

Seriously though, you're right.. it's a good eye opener for those that might unsuspectingly let someone in.
I guess if youre going to die what better way than to have your life force sucked out of you by a female sex demon.

How did we go from letting 12 year olds into your house to sex demons that suck the life out of you?

Only in the XDTalk forum......

Honestly, which would you rather talk about? There's nothing entertaining about a kid that needs to pee... unless he does something twisted and there's some sort of Bruce Willis action plot involved. But there wasn't.

Succubus I say!
