We have four bad guys driving around and jumping out with rifles holding people up, one reporter said they going to run into a CCW holder ready for them on of these days.

I got thinking about it and told my brother while we were working today I could see where I would be a bad interview, because I would shoot all these guys and when asked by a reporter if I felt bad about the shooting, I would have to reply YES.

I jerked the trigger two times and felt like I was forcing my shots and had an over all bad grouping at center mass

But you need to train to never say that. You are stressed and will talk thru your lawyer. Ask to go to a hospital, have them check your heart etc. And just keep your mouth shut. The police are not your friends if they get a bug up their ass and it will cost you lots of money.

Remember, as in football there is a penalty for excessive celebrations!

Thats like that one sniper joke I heard, goes something like this:

While interviewing an anonymous US Special Forces soldier on his sniper skills, a Reuters News agent asked the soldier what he felt when shooting members of al Qaeda in Afghanistan. The soldier shrugged and replied, 'Recoil.'"

And yes I know the story is not real, just a joke.

Agreed, if you have to shoot be the reluctant shooter, the law abiding man who was in fear for his life. Then go home, close the door, unplug the phone, and smile while telling your wife/best friend/significant other about how you took a carload of scumbags off the street permanently.

I was trying to be funny, guess I failed, we in florida don't have to run anymore, we can say the same thing the cops do , I was in fear of my life.

Here in the People Republic of New York, it's "duty to retreat" for the civilian.

NM what the heck is retreat. In NM use of deadly force to protect PROPERTY is legal.

But my High Standard 22 did it with five between the eyes and yes I was in that ten foot boat that he laying on in my avatar!!!
