I know how long photo editing can take. Sometimes I spend hours and hours getting it to look just right. It's hard work. Those who don't know that haven't done it much...

THIS Hilary is a rather cute child. Suffering from heat exhaustion, though, no doubt - way too many clothes  ....
(My wife wouldn't let me keep her anyway. Not even "catch & release".... )
And, I'll concur on the photoshopping. Sometimes you can get very lucky, and sometimes it's sixteen tries.... I've found PaintShop Pro to be easier to work with than Elements, but they both have their uses. Strictly somewhat-advanced Amateur stuff, though. Burning up film since the 50's, but switched to fully digital last year. Gave my daughter my N6006 and picked up a D60. That'll give those who know Nikons an idea of how advanced I'm not  ....
(I guess I can admit that I'm a Computer Consultant, and got into PaintShop when Windows Paint got too limited for things like cleaning up client's logos for use on invoices in QuickBooks and the like.... I'm also a semi-retired rent-a-cop, and won't take kindly to slurs on PaintShop . Armed Programmer....)
