you need to save them to a photo hosting site diffrent from xdtalk such as photobucket etc. then use the [IMG] [/IMG] tags they give you

Not really. If you find one you want to post, right click on it, then select <copy image="" location="">. Paste that url into the box, and then add the [*IMG] [*/IMG] in front and back, without the * (if I did not add it, they would not appear as text).
