NO LOADED guns. Concealed Carry Permit holders this means you too! Violate this and be prosecuted. Atleast that's about what was said at the last 2 I was at.

It's the same at the Tulsa show. The one time I went, the State Police at the door asked me to raise my shirt and turn around. My buddy's 1911 was zip-tied through the chamber. Even if the gun was secured when it entered the building, the show still houses vendors that sell knives and ammo.

I wonder if you forfeit any of your rights when you purchase a ticket to the show. You know, like some fine print on the ticket that says not responsible for injury from jackasses or something similar.

What was he thinking? Did he want to prove that the gun actually fired little pieces of lead? I'm surprised he didn't get arrested or something.

I was at a show in Roanoke, Va. about a year ago, and a vendor had a ND behind his booth. My brother and I were about 30 feet away when it happened. It sounded like the pop of a 22 rifle. Fortunately he followed all the other rules of safe handling (other than finger off trigger), and the round hit the floor at his feet. We heard the shot, and all 400-500 people got deathly silent, and before we could even locate the source, he was already being quickly escorted out of the building.

When the round went off there were 30-40 thousand people in the building (it was nuts to butts in the aisles) and you could hear a pin drop. I looked over and there was this old guy looking dazed and confused then he put his hand on the top of his head, when he pulled it away it was covered with blood! I hauled ass over and told him to sit down, no one else realized that a second guy was hit. I yelled for my buddy to come over, he is an ER nurse and a man came over and introduced himself as a Vascular Surgeon so I turned the guy with the headshot over to him. Come to find out later that the headshot was superficial, the entry and exit wounds were 2" apart and apparently it didn't penetrate the skull thank God. I still get mad thinking about it, a vendor friend of mine told me that the county that owns the expo building told old man Wannemacher that if there was another ND that there would be no more shows at the fairgrounds. I hope this is just a rumor! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons! clear your weapons!

I was there. 30,000 people with 45,000 guns, they're not all going to be smart people. I saw fingers on triggers and non-tied guns all over the place.
It's a sad thing, but I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. At least with the public bringing in guns, they have to show clear and are zipped at the door. It's harder to control vendor guns.
