This was posted on a car message board I read. Not much info other than it's supposed to be a webcam at a watering hole in Africa. You can watch it for hours and not see a thing but once in a while you'll see stuff. Someone controls the camera so if an animal is nearby, it zooms in on it and follows it. I was watching some wild boar looking thing pick at the ground earlier.
