If I'm not mistaken and maybe I read the article wrong but wasn't the cop black? If so then why was somebody posting that he was white? The article also said he did not have a partner with him right? Just want to get my facts straight. Thanks.

The guys family claim he was tasered - there was no taser in the car and neither of these LEOs was one of the 14 in Rochester allowed to carry/use one. All they wanted was a suite in court. Like I said - you can't win the law suite lottery if you don't buy a ticket - and there are plenty of bottom feeder lawyers up here just looking for a big payday (35% of the judgement).

I wonder what "civil right" charge they will come up with? People alwasy complain about jury duty... but why can't I ever be on a jury for a case like this?? "We find for the defendant (cop) and order scumbag prosecuting lawyer to pay all fees and restitution" just my opinion.

then again, I don't want good LEO's lowering themselves to this kind of scumbag level. better to turn the cheek and let the court throw the case out and leave the family with attorney fees. |
