I'd never get away with that with the crew I shoot with. They would follow me out to the car heckling me.
I had a stage 3 or 4 weeks ago where we started off sitting at a table. We had to turn a dixie cup over which told us if we were going to run the stage from left to right or right to left. You then had to put two in each of the targets on the other side of the table, stand up and engage two targets at 25 yards and then run left or right. I spent so much effort concentrating on my shooting sequence for each direction that I flipped the cup, engaged T1 and 2 then got up and ran off to the left. I could hear the whole crew hooting and hollering at me through rest of the stage. Seems in my hurry to run left I didn't even bother to engage T3 or 4.

Too many people talk about it, but never show up. I may not have had the best run at the drag strip this weekend, but I was there and I raced. See what I mean?

![]() ...and my first match that I shot, I totally sucked. Something happens with the telling you when to draw, whistles, megaphones, and so on...
