Did you know that the US Army and General George S. Patton saved these horses during WWII?
And that all those fancy jumps, kicks, and spins are all based upon ancient military training? The Disney version of the Lipizzaner story can be seen in the movie "Miracle of The White Stallions", which was based upon the memoir "The Dancing White Horses of Vienna" by Colonel Alios Podhajsky. I see Amazon.com does carry the DVD version of the movie...I just have the VHS version myself.
