I don't think this is "average" anything. I did a speech about 4 years back on road-rage. I dug up some interesting news stories during my research. One that especially comes clearly to mind is a man getting into an arguement with a fellow driver, the situation escalated and the man pulled a crossbow from his trunk and shot the other man. People with anger problems that bad shouldn't be allowed to walk free.
