Yeeaaah...not true.

But even if it were, it wouldn't affect me. In Georgia you don't need a NICS check to buy a gun if you have a Weapons Carry License.

"A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." -Thomas Jefferson

I sure hope that isn't true. I just got a job at a gun store running NICS checks. I don't want to be laid off already.

This administration will use ANYTHING to pull at the strings. Those that are retired military, drawing Social Security or any other government funds won't get paid either. You can bet your bottom dollar those on Welfare will get paid though.

Nope, don't need NICS to get what I'd like. Thanks.

another good reason to have CCW in AZ (even though it is not needed for carry) - no NICS call - just complete form 4473, show CCW, pay and leave

When this Banana Republic Administration shuts down our overseers I might venture out and buy another hand cannon.

Would this scenario constitute a NICS delay? Were as the FFL legally could transfer a firearm under their(the FFLs) discretion after 3 business days?
FBI ? A NICS Delay
They will never allow this to happen on a wide scale.
