So i told yall that i am staying in a hotel till my house gets repaired. Well i started to notice alot of government vehicles in the parking lot in the last couple of days. Mainly border patrol, but i had no idea what was going on.

I even saw one border patrol agent unloading boxes and boxes of 40 ammo out of his car. I almost asked if he would sell me some

anyways so last night i just got done taking my dog for a walk and the guy that is staying below me asked what kind he was (weimaraner) and we just started chatting

He was a border patrol agent from Jawjuh

and he told me he is in albuquerque for the NRA sanctioned Law Enforcement Shooting Competition

I guess its going to be in albuquerque for at least the next 5 years, and possibly longer than that.

So i might go out to the range and check it out today

i already asked, i guess its not open to the public. Its prolly better for me. I dont want 500 cops pissed off at me when i whoop there ass

Just noticed that you are in NM. I am down in Carlsbad. One of our Judges and some others up there for the competition. I have chalenged several LE to go shoot and none have taken me up on it.

Well so this is sort of turning into a New Mexico thread!

Since we're all talking I'm in Roswell so close to FLETC. Bet a LOT of the firearms staff from there is in ABQ for the shoot!
