Was reading what you posted while listening to the news, and down here in Florida, same thing... a Deputy attacked at a night club after breaking up a fight... shot the guy in the leg and abdomen. They're complaining he didn't use the Taser he was armed with.

If this cop gets off then that will tell me the perp does not always have to be armed in order for a shoot to happen.
