The keystone state of Pennsylvania is gun friendly even though Philly sometimes tries to make their own laws the state government always tramples on them. PA is a shall issue state and we have ccw and open carry and you can buy any type of guns including Barret if needed for varmint hunting (just kidding)

Texas is definitely gun-friendly. You can carry in the car with no permit, CCW permits are "shall-issue", and Gov. Perry has already said no one will enforce 2A infringements on us. By the way, we don't have a state income tax either! Welcome.

Oklahoma changed to open carry in 2012. Oklahoma state Legislators have already filed 11 pro gun bills for this legislation session.

How about South Dakota?
Pros;
lots of hunting and fishing areas
not crowded
beautiful countryside
no income tax
no corporate tax
low unemployment
low cost of living
low crime
shall issue
concealed pistol permit is only $10 and takes just 10 minutes to get
no waiting period for guns if you have your CPP
highest percentage of CPP holders in the US
open carry without a permit
Cons;
cold winters

Most people don't know this but Utah has some of the best gun laws in the country. They love guns. A lot. I think it's a holdover from when the government was about to go to war with the mormons before Utah became a state. Very protective people in this regard.
