Possible ID of gun found in Adam Lanza's car

I'm sure you've seen the videos talking about inconsistencies of the guns found at Sandy Hook. Well, I'm not going to jump to any false flag conspiracies, but I do believe the gun in the trunk was misidentified and I think I found what it may be.

Skip to about 1:20. Pay close attention to the weapon and look how it's cycled. He doesn't operate a charging handle. He uses a bolt handle. This is clearly seen when he cycles it 3-4 times. The officer then states: "it looks like a an assault rifle, doesn't it?." In his tone is uncertainty as is the way he's looking at it. He's trying to figure it out.

It looks exactly like a Hi-Point 995, 9mm carbine.

The stock, forend, bolt handle...it looks identical.
I think the media ran with "assault rifle" and it would do no good to retract previous accounts and publish the updated info. I mean, after Columbine, we had pictures of the actual guns, round counts for each gun and each kid, all kinds of info. Now, nothing.

Thoughts?

Yeah. Im considering anything an option at this point. But I do think that we won't be privy to the facts for some time, if ever.

The facts are he cycled using a bolt handle and NOT a charging handle. It simply CANNOT be an AR-15. It might not be the exact model i thought of, but it operates like a carbine not a true AR-15. I know I'm not the only one noticing that. Why hasn't anyone publicly pointed this out?

no one has any verification of the reports the news outlets have run amok with. NOTHING has been corroborated. supposed experts have a distinguishable lack knowledge or proof. Law enforcement has been DEAD SILENT. The School Administration has been DEAD SILENT. First responders have been DEAD SILENT.

What's with all the silence from everyone involved?
Why is everyone who would have first hand knowledge voiceless?
What reason could they possible have to be so silent?

Either way it's not a Bushmaster. That we know for a fact solely on how it's operated. Why won't anyone publicly point this out? Man I wish I had video editing skills.

I've already made my questions of the SH incident known in the other thread on it, and yes it does look like it could be a 995... but that would ruin the whole "assault rifle" and 10 round magazine issue since they are only 10 rounds of standard handgun ammo.

The official info and statements out there are all contradictory and full of inconsistencies and with massive gaps. People should be demanding this info for such a terrible incident and no one is, just distracted by the next shiny bauble and forget about it all.

It looks like a shotgun to me. You can even see what looks like a shell fall out when he works the action. And autoloading shotguns (like the Benelli M4) can have a handle to work the action. Plus, when the officer moves his elbow, it briefly looks like a buttstock of shells is revealed.
