Because I believe it is a right we have as apart of the second ammendment. And so I can feel a bit safer.

When you go to the californiaccw.org site, study the threads on good cause statements. There are several recent threads. The statements accepted as good cause by LEO vary from county to county. Check your county first for pertinent threads, then try a search. There are a few ccw and LEO folks posting there who will have good info for you on what and what NOT to use for good cause. Good luck.
