Me -- I know that the most important thing in the world to me is p$&$y ..
I couldn't fathom having a dude as my "partner".
I don't think any "male" would CHOOSE to either , but I'm positive "they" ARE BORN THAT WAY , and they're human beings and shouldn't be denied a right that everyone has based on religious opinions/personal/or political opinions.

You're referring to gay people monolithically, as though they all share the same butt plug. There is plenty of diversity within the gay set. Some are most certainly gay by choice. Some guys would put a hump on a fireplug if they thought it might work- are THEY born that way, too? What difference does it make?

My only concern about it is if step 2 in their plan is forcing churches to perform gay marriages. Which is what they've pushed for and received in many European countries. Even a small town is Kansas has an ordinance going through the town council about forcing churches to perform them or lose tax exempt status.

I think most people would agree that's wrong. If you don't believe it is right you shouldn't be forced to perform the ceremony *unless* you are doing it as some function of the government (justice of the peace, etc).

Yeah that would suck. But heterosexual couples can't force a church that doesn't agree with their union to marry them. So I don't see that being a big deal. Many leaders in churches require couples to be equally yoked. And won't perform a marriage if both people don't profess Christ and do marriage counseling. But unbelievers still find churches to marry them. So I don't see this as an issue.

Just because I disagree with the lifestyle doesn't mean that lifestyle should be "illegal". If it doesn't harm someone or affect someone else's property the government shouldn't impose.

The lifestyle ain't illegal..the union between same sexes is just NOT recognized, condoned, or accepted

What was that again about separation of church and state? Just why is government pushing this archaic belief system? And why do you find it so threatening? religious bigotry/dogma? I say get with the times. Just think in the past how difficult it was to get divorced. People forced to live in disharmony, just because the church said so.
