c02 and heat do correlate however heat leads c02 not the other way around. So according to the correlation idea its still retarded, it gets hot, then we get more c02 not the other way around. But they never look at it on a small scale over a long period of time. Either narrow or wide window never both together.

I have never been able to get this out of any liberal, they only want to be environmental mafia and take 6-10% off the top of everything, and they will tell everyone what to do, where to do it, which countries can pollute, which cant etc.

All with no defined end goal. Nothing is ever good enough either.

I have often suggested that if you could ask southern california hippies in the 1960s if they would be satisfied with cars that can take in dirty air, make a car move, and expel exhaust cleaner than what they took in, would that satisfy them. I know they would say, yeah man, that would be amazing, but the establishment doesnt want that, the man does this, the oil companies do that, etc. Except we had ultra low emission vehicles going on almost 15 years now, and its not enough.

It will never be enough. NEVER.

Climate change is environmental socialism/global socialism masked as caring about the earth. Plain and simple.

Ask your prof why it is wrong for the industrialized west to pollute, but not china, india, pakistan, vietnam, bangledesh, etc.

Yeah the example I remember back in my psychology class day was murders tend to go up in summer months when it is hot. Also ice-cream sales tend to go up as well during the summer. Thus they are correlated. However the relationship is more complex than that. Heat tends to make people less patient and thus more inclined to kill. It also makes people want more ice-cream.

However, just because correlations can seem rather useless as in the example listed above they can also be useful. Psychologists and scientists use them to help predict. While at first glance it may be difficult to understand why murders are more prevalent in the summer months. The correlation with ice-cream in this instance could help identify a possible cause.

Of course it is far more complex than as I've described, that goes without saying. Far more factors than simply heat may explain increases in murders and increases in ice-cream consumption. But it is a clue none the less. It's all in the interpretation. Ultimately correlations help determine causes and effect relationships. While ice cream doesn't cause murders and murders don't increase eating of ice-cream they are correlation by heat.
