A we got hit pretty good too. 80 mph winds quarter size hail and lighting that Pretty much struck anything. But a tad southwest from me got it really bad with a lot of property destroyed.

I believe 300,000 are without power here in ohio. I think They said most will be without power until the 8th.

My folks in wv are going to be without power for 4-5 days. Luckily they missed this storm and they are at their house in tn.

We lost power Friday about 10:30 & got it back this morning at 7. Lot of trees down but could have been worse.

My local news identified it as a derecho. Tornado like winds across a 600 mile swath of destruction. Supposed to be pretty rare.

Considering that this time last year, we were seeing brush fires everywhere and 100 degrees plus and no rain at all...I'll take the wind and rain for now.
