What charge would follow an accidental shooting?

Time of day shouldnt count for so much, i work weekend nights, sundays i get off work at 3:30am.

Also its possible someone frightened someone who was transporting or carrying and they reacted by pulling the trigger before realizing the other wasnt a threat and thus "accidently" shot someone

It could be a whole gammit of charges:
Reckless endangerment
Negligent discharge
Discharging a weapon in city limits
Assault and battery with a deadly weapon
Manslaughter if the evet of death
The list goes on, and on.

In Phoenix it a Felony to discharge a firearm. Within a mile of any structure this law would apply, unless it's for self defense or at the range. But an AD would end your right to own a firearm.
