Just think, some posts on this very forum could be construed as threats against police/gov in certain threads. I don't think we want half of our brethren to be SWAT raided for being internet commandos do we? Welcome to our Orwellian future (or present??).

Well.. duh. A search warrant does not mean that the police have the clearance to destroy anything. It's a SEARCH warrant, not a "destroy" or "damage" warrant.
