Note that these fundamentals have nothing to do with blowing anybody up or marching on funerals of fallen service men and women with signs that say "God hates F**s" or anything ungraceous or mean-spirited.
Yes, there are wacko "Christians" out there; but, it's not the "Fundamentalists" per se...and to lump all "fundamentalists" in to this category is unfair and mean spirited. |
Easy there, nobody said anything about blowing people up or calling them **** etc... .
I was making a point that lumping all christian schools to this reported type is unfair and that SOME fundamentalist will go out of their way to support their position. NO NOT ALL SOME.

I do see a problem in timelines.
Earth is said to be 4 billion years old. Scientific fact states that there were dinosaurs running around some 100 million years ago and before.
The Bible has the earth dated to only 9-12 thousand years old. And the earth was created in 6 days. There was darkness, then there was light, 6 times. Things that do make ya go, HMMMMM??
The only way I can reconcile it in my own religious frame of mind is, we have no record or idea of how long Adam and Eve wondered in the garden before they F'ed up and were kicked out.
