A great read, love this part As stated by Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 28: “It may safely be received as an axiom in our political system that the State governments will, in all possible contingencies, afford complete security against invasions of the public liberty by the national authority.”.

It's funny that I live right in the area described in that article and have heard nothing about any of these incidents, even from the local guns shows or conservative groups.

I would hope what was printed there is accurate and true. We need more people to tell government what they can do with all their rules and regulations. We need to meet all force with over powering force and not let the government / politicians have another inch, then reel in where they have over stepped their bounds.

It ('doso gun ban) was in the Sun News numerous times.

Anyhow, Larry Pratt is nuts. Further, it was Ruidoso citizens v. the mayor of Ruidoso. I never read anything about the feds there.

All the stuff in the Gila is sketchy. There is poor reporting (at best) and tons of spin from all sides. God only knows WTF went down there. I don't have many friends in that part of the state anymore.

I think its a propaganda article and I have a hard time believing any of it. Its a feel good story for extreme conservative republicans.

Also there's a reason I quit going to the political view, this belongs there.
