Woman with ZOMBIE plates accused of attack

A Pennsylvania woman driving a car with the license plate ZOMBIE is accused of hitting two pedestrians with her car and then zapping another man with a stun gun, The Morning Call in Allentown reports. Yardley Joy Frantz, 29, faces a raft of charges, not the least of which are three counts each of simple assault and harassment and one count of aggravated assault, plus three counts related to use of the stun gun.
Police say Pedro Gonzalez Jr. told officers a car hit his father, Pedro Gonzalez Sr., and his nephew, Carlos Correa, who was riding a toy car Friday. Gonzalez Jr. said he confronted the driver when she tried to leave and she zapped him with the stun gun. The Morning Call says other witnesses reported seeing the collision and the stun gun attack. They described the driver as a woman in pajama pants and had no trouble remembering her license plate.
Police quickly tracked down Frantz at her home, where she was found bleeding -- and tried to report a domestic violence incident. Frantz told police she didn't know who was driving her car, but the Morning Call says her passenger told police Frantz was driving and kept a stun gun in her glove compartment.
