Any good and not so costly 380.
Any thoughts? Looking for a light one. With around a three inch barrel.

Bersa Thunder is what I can recommend. They can be had for about $200.

Thats what I was looking at but I was looking for a poly frame. And I want a regular mag release. Not like the sig type that is on the bottom.

Another vote for the Bersa Thunder. Not polymer, however. The frame is alloy. This contributes to a lightweight, if not particularly small, pistol. Mag release is conventional push button behind the trigger guard. I have two that I use to help shooters prepare for (and qualify with) their Texas CHL. Very accurate and reliable pistols. God bless. Bersa, Keltec or even an old Makarov .380 would be a good choice for around ~$200. I saw a .380 mak at the gun show a while back for $150

...or just go for a Makarov 9 x 18. ".380 with attitude." Got my Russian Imez IJ-70 "Baikal" model, adjustable sights and all, for $125 brand new. Has fed everything I've fired through it, including Hornady hollow points, without a hiccup.

I was looking at the new Bersa concealed carry model last week. Seems to me the frame is polymer and all the sharp/harsh edges have been smoothed.

If you go Mak definitely get the 9x18.

I vote for the kel-tec P3at. It is much better than it used to be (some people used to bash reliablility). I have one on order myself, and will use it for daily pocket carry.
