Human... the other OTHER white meat!
As far as feeding a kitten to a snake, as a snake owner I really don't see that as particularly more vile than feeding it a large rat or a rabbit which is the usual fare for large constrictors.

Its been around a long time. Media did not report on it as most people could not handle that its real. There are are many that refuse to believe it happens. There are many books and reports that Cannibalism never happens. With the downfall of the morality in America, the media is now happy to be able to expose this as news.

cannibalism is quite common in certain parts of asia, particularly the smaller islands in indonesia.

I never had any desire to go to Indonesia and that tidbit of info solidifies that decision.
How about New Zealand, Scotland, or the Mediterranean? Cannibals there?

NZ has the Maori people that landed there well before the Europeans. they killed and cannibalized the indigenous people.
also I hear that in modern africa cannibalism is pretty common. they have the term "bush meat" and the "all meat is meat" mentality. they say that they hire tribes of pygmies to hunt for soldiers and if they don't bring back enough food they eat the pygmies.

Reminds me of the disease "Kuru". It's like Mad Cow, but it's ONLY spread through cannibalism. Somebody upstairs put that in place to make sure cannibalism never caught on...
