Naked man, eating another man's face, shot and killed by cop.

Sign the cop up for PTSD classes with combat vets, and a shrink to help convince him he's not dillusional that yes, it really happened.
If he was a fan of walking dead he seriously is probably unsure if he's crazy or not. That sucks
