It's a really good birthday this year

It's my birthday weekend, so I decided to pick up a few things:



First in the lineup is a Ruger SR556 rifle:

Also comes standard with Troy flip up iron sights, rail, and rail cover:



Pretty nice package, and I really can't wait to shoot it.

Next is a Springfield Armory Trophy Match 1911:













I've always wanted one of these, and finally scratched the itch and bought one.

Next is a Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifle:

Next is a Ruger SR1911 pistol:













I love stainless 1911s, and I've heard nothing but good things about this particular model, so I decided to try it out.

I have no idea when the hell I'd ever use this knife, but I had a gift card so I said what the hell.

Also got a Bianchi IWB holster for my Ruger LCP pocket pistol:

I've been reloading .45ACP for years and want to start reloading 9mm too.
So I bought the conversion kit for my Dillon XL650 and a few other things.

My new reloading equipment also came in:



Also got some lead bullets that arrived in the mail:

1000 bullets each of .45ACP 230gr LRN and 9mm 115gr LRN

My gf knew that I've been wanting this watch for the past couple of months, so I was really happy to get one as a gift. I'm really digging it so far. I'm going to wear it tonight, my gf planned a birthday dinner for us and she wants to keep the restaurant a surprise.

Life is good, no complaints here.

I wanna hear a report on the SU-16. That's an interesting rifle. Might be a good one to grab for SHTF scenarios. (as in two or three of them, they're not too expensive.) If it shoots like their PLR-16 then it sounds like a hell of a nice little pack gun.
