Holiday weekend plans??

Work lol. I work weekend nights 14/14/12hrs fri sat and sun. But im off mon-thursday so i can make up for it!

Visited the cemetery yesterday to put out flowers and pay our respects.

The rest of the agenda is visiting with family and eating tons of food.

Working today, missed a drill awhile back and making it up, swung by the small military cemetery on the way out to base. Tomorrow I am finally getting to the range with my Ruger 10/22 Takedown, that I have had for a month and not shot, wife and two of our boys are coming with, followed by food at the best place ever, GW Hunters in Post Falls, ID. Among other things they serve elk and buffalo. Monday involves me swimming across a cold ass lake to get in a 2+ mile swim followed by good food, friends and a little beer.

Not much. Getting ready to mow grass shortly. Hope to get out to the range this afternoon or tomorrow. Getting together with a friend in from Chattanooga on Sunday night for a few beers. Watching a parade on Monday that my son is marching in with the HS band.

Gotta work today and tomorrow evenings and then I volunteered to work the memorial day parade Monday.

my plan is to not do anything but have a somber attitude and remember my fellow service members, friends and family who shed their blood.

Today and tomorrow, will go decorate family graves locally. On Monday will head to Denver, and go to Ft Logan National Cemetery, to decorate my Dad's grave, and attend Memorial Day ceremonies.

Mow grass and do things around the compound and then head to the cool basement and reload some 9mm rounds.

Was going to shoot an USPSA match, but got lazy and didn't go. Just hanging out and going to smoke a turkey today.
