I also like just about anything from Tabasco, original, green, chipolte and garlic... They each go well with different foods.
For adding heat to certain dishes when cooking, I go to Da'Bomb.
Then there is my home made salsas and pico de gayo.
Our garden is really producing this year and the chiles are hot and flavorful.
I think it was all the squirrel & rabbit carcasses I composted into the garden this year... Hunting was good!

Living in Iowa, I can't find these in the regular grocery store. Do you find them in the in the Mexican groceries? I have not check them yet, but with the new job I will be able to get to them.
Forgot to mention, I got these in a BBQ sauce trade on my BBQ Forum.

The original "Scorned Woman" is my favorite. Do a goodle search, you can buy it from their online shop. They also have a spicey bbq sauce.
Here you go.

If I have to, Louisiana. Otherwise, I despise hot sauce. I love hot food, but I want real spice and not some vinegar crap.
I love hot (green chile) mexican food and indian food. Hottest thing I ever had was some indian dish. Taste was amazing.

I prefer homemade varieties, or salas and hot sauces from local taco shops, but in regard to store bought stuff, probably Tapatío for most stuff and Sriracha for Asian food, ramen, pho, udon, etc.

Cholula for me as well. Not the hottest stuff in the world, but for me it has great flavor.

I like just about any good hot sauce with flavor, but there are a few out there that don't turn my crank because the lack of chile flavor.
