"I forgave them," he said, adding that he couldn't hold them responsible for Hiles' actions.
Honestly that surprised me. I would have expected something more along the usual lines of "OMG! He shot my baby! He aint never hurt nobody! That bad man didnt have to go and shoot him!"
It's nice to see someone who actually acknowledges when their kid does something stupid that gets himself or someone else hurt. And good on the Vet for doing what he had to.
