There are many more good cops out there but way too many do this kind of crap for sport. They really do need to get the maximum penalty! Any cops on here who don't know at least one cop in their dept who does stuff like this? You guys need to start help getting guys like these off the force!

More and more of these stories are coming to light about cops abusing their power and more and more cops are hearing of their brothers in blue not being held accountable or prosecuted for their transgressions.

Why stop abusing your power when there are no repercussions? These 'incidents' will continue to happen, and may just increase, until this changes.

This was in Fullerton CA. I work and go to school in Fullerton. The cops that patrol that city are a bunch of Grade-A A-Holes. This would not surprise me the least bit. And from my personal experience with these cops, along with the experiences my friends and family have had, it's not just one or two bad apples, just about every one of them is rotten.

Fullerton has two major colleges in it's limits. Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton Community college, both of which are home to several thousand students. (I think last I checked CSF had over 40k if not 70k and FCC had about 30k students.) These cops do nothing but scour the streets for college kids on a daily basis. They literally have nothing better to do then to harass people in their city.

Sad to see something like this happen, I just hope these two don't get to walk away from this incident with their badges still attached to their shirts.
