I saw this picture floating around facebook
and wondered what are the rules pertaining to defaced currency?
I know its against the law to do such. I am also assuming refusing to accept it would be legit too.

Looks like it depends on what 'unfit to be reissued' is defined as. This is how places like wheresgeorge get away with it, and those that draw different faces also.

I saw a car in LowRider magazine where a guy took brand new 100 dollar bills and had them clear coated into the paint of his car and all on the frame under it.

I think its funny because Allah is Arabic for God. So its In God we trust is not far off from there is no God but Allah. Not to mention that Muslims, Christians/Catholics, and the Jewish all pray to the God of Abraham so its still the same God. All this is silly.
