drugs should be decriminalized. that'd free up plenty of prison room for killers and rapists.

What a dishonorable peice of sh!t judge. This is everything that is wrong with the judicial system right in this story. Oh the robber was such a sweet little angel. BULL!
The fact that liberalism advocates this flawed and sick thought process is the very proof that liberalism is a disease. That judge needs to be disbarred and then locked up so he does not spread the liberal disease like a nasty cold.

Agreed. I don't do them myself but come on. Let's save prison for the violent scum bags who need to be there.

The clown needs to be removed from the bench but until he is removed someone needs to remove the Hon on his name plate because he is far from honorable
