I know a lot of schools won't even let you have images of guns in school, so this would get confiscated and a trip to the principal pretty damn quick.

As I said before, it is TWO INCHES LONG. It looks like a freaking keychain. I have personally seen one of these. There is a man who goes to my college and carries one of those around. IT LOOKS LIKE A TOY. You would have a better chance getting in trouble carrying a nerf gun on campus than one of these. If you still want to argue mistaken identity go right ahead but NO ONE, not even a child, would mistake this for a real gun.

I did intend "school" to mean elementary school, primarily, as that's where they really go ballistic over any firearm toy/image/finger.
Is there any sort of object or image that hasn't had a thumb drive implanted in it?
