When I was 17 I never got suspended from school, I never brought drugs to school, I never sprayed graffiti everywhere, I never burglarized homes and stole jewelry, and I never punched someone in the face and then smashed the head repeatedly into the concrete.
And my nickname wasn't "No Limit *****" online.
I wasn't a thug. Trayvon Martin was.

Red- I'm sorry I keep seeing these tossed around. Please provide the link to where Martin was charged and convicted with any of these. Last time I checked the only thing on his "record" was a school suspension for drug paraphernalia. I'm not saying it's a good thing, but it sure as **** isn't the same thing as home invasions.
Blue- To be fair, were you ever stalked by a grown man while you were "literally" on your way home from buying candy?
At the age of 17 if some stranger adult tried to grab me or hurt me, I'd definitely be inclined to attack him. WE DON'T KNOW THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

to be fair if he were on his way home from buying candy he would have been home 30-40 minutes before Zman saw him and not out creepin' around peoples houses.

Leave out the buying candy part. That is pure speculation also if that is what you want to talk about. Because I have suspicions that he was out doing more than buying candy.
And yes, I have been watched and observed by plenty of adults sitting in cars when I was 17. If I was 17, walking around in a hoodie in the pouring rain, I wouldn't think twice about a man in a truck watching me.
If I was out committing crime and I saw a man watching me, I may take off running, just like Martin did. If I wasn't I would probably just continue on my way.

he was being attacked and getting head beat in BY A REAL THUG.
some of you guys sound like you almost WISH it was you instead of martin so you COULD pull your weapon and teach that stupid Zimmerman a lesson. thats what I take from a lot of the posts I am seeing.

Red- Team Zimmerninja has been blaming and deriding Martin for daring to attack the strange man following him. Both parties have a right to self defense. We will never really know what happened that night. Hence my comment about the truth being in the middle.
Green- Not at all. I've pointed a gun at another person before and I don't want to have to do it again. I do think he is an idiot, and I think we should all learn a lesson from his mistake.
Blue- My point is that I am of the belief that everyone here who keeps saying "following random people isn't illegal, why shouldn't I do it," is being really foolish and reckless. They are also lying or are retarded when they say "repeatedly following a person isn't a threat." When you poke and prod a person (stalk and make them nervous) you're going to get a reaction. This shouldn't come as a surprise. Zimmerman got his face bashed in because he was so stupid as to think his prey wouldn't fight back (which is weird right? I mean he thought martin was such a menace to society that he called the police) and he was wrong. He got his face bashed in by an unarmed 17 year old. My point was "what if the dude he zeroed in on that night HAD ACTUALLY been a bad guy, who was armed?" It's likely Zimmerman would be dead.

HOLY ****!!! How is it speculation????? The ******* clerk at the store GAVE THE POLICE A STATEMENT SAYING THE KID WAS IN THERE AND BOUGHT THE STUFF! How are you denying this?
Oh so what you're saying is that Martin is either A- Guilty of bad things, or B- Guilty of looking like he's guilty of doing bad things. And that A=B.
Disagree.

Where are your numbers from? Mine are from the report I read w/ the store employee and from Zimmerman (who I thought was your main source of information.)
Martin left home at 640
Martin was at the store at 650
By 705 he was back in the area from the store.
We know this because by 705 Zimmerman is on the phone with police following Martin.
25 minutes to walk round trip to a store a few blocks away seems reasonable.

I'm going by the first timeline I saw, with a map showing there was a 30-40 minute gap base from when the video shows he left the store and when Zman called.
it describes allowing him the 15-20 minute walk back, he should have been at the girlfriends house well before Zman saw him.

Read what I said. I said I suspected he was doing more than buying candy. Not that he didn't buy candy.
7-11s are common places to make drug exchanges in the parking lot. Then he went in and bought some iced tea and skittles.
I don't know, I am just saying that is what I suspect. I have never known a black kid that would walk in the cold rain to get skittles. I cannot process that in my brain. When is the last time you walked a mile in the rain for skittles?

And I guess that is really where I differ from everyone on this issue. I am 110% of the belief that people do not follow and stalk you to just be nice. They do so because they wish to harm you. Their willful actions have caused me to presume they are a threat. I'm not going to snap draw and pop rounds off, but I am going to remove any and all ambiguity from the situation CLEARLY CREATED by the guy following me.

Re read what I said. If you don't understand it, then I'm sorry, but you are coming off as a little quick to present your weapon is all and you put it in black and white for the world to see. Even a dumb lawyer would probably be able to hang you with that post alone in a court of law. Like I said some things are better not said out loud.
Time to quit these Z / martin topics and wait for the trial, then watch the crap fly.
