The people in the video were morons.
1. Get out of the way. Obviously the guy/girl driving is not playing with a full deck. 4000+ pounds of steel will ruin your day. The driver does not care who or what they hurt.
2. If the driver is about to start a shooting rampage, they are all easy targets. They have no idea what's going on. If they were unarmed, they had no potential to be anything but victims. If they were armed, why weren't their weapons in their hands? A 4000+ pound vehicle certainly constitutes a deadly threat.

That was freaking funny! Looked like something out of a video game like Grand Theft Auto or something. That idiot knocking made it even funnier. I like how it looked like it was over and then the maniac zooms through the space wher that person was standing, probably to chase them down.
