I went for 10 years without a bank account, credit, or any dealings that wasn't cash face to face.
if I needed to buy online I would pay a friend and have them order it for me or if I needed to I would get a money order.
I just tried to get a loan and I don't even have a credit score. I had to get a checking and saving then get a credit card. right now I am in process of getting a credit score.

I may be overlooking it and/or just don't know where it is, but I've noticed that with our profiles, there's no "Feedback" to leave. I'm also a long time user of ArcheryTalk.Com and we can leave feedback on sellers/buyers etc... If I'm wrong, please assist so I can locate this feature to check on folks before dealing with. If I'm right, recommend adding it to assist in dealing with selling/buying on this forum. Agree, you're doing what you can to give him the benefit of the doubt and he doesn't appear to want to make it right. Report him to the administrators and explore other avenues to hold him accountable.

my lender and bank cant believe it. my banker says she is "helping me get back on the grid and making me a person again."
the "back on grid" part freaks me out and I am not sure I want to be a real person.
I cant go out of pocket for a house though so I guess I gotta bite.
