It is hard to berate the Brits on this one.
We simply do not know all the details to say that they just screwed up.
And like some have said...sometimes bad things DO happen and hostages do get killed.
It does not mean the British soldiers are not as well trained as our SEALs. There are many missions where the SAS did their job and did it well.

british special forces are actually very good.
now if you look at their gear compared to ours.... you can definitely blame their anti-gun culture for their guys no comprehending in general how to do things.
Their special forces come over here and leach off our technology and innovation. Their SF units are quite impressive actually.

Amen. There is a reason we cross train with Special Forces units from other countries. Some things we do OK they do spectacularly. And vice versa.

USA kicks everyone's ass. My friend's husband is a former Army sniper in Afganistan and I would put him up against anyone. He's f_cking deadly!
