there IS a witness that said Zman was walking back and treyvonne attacked him. he said Zman stopped and started walking back and treyvonne came back and approached him asking do you have a problem?

Zman said "no" and treyvonne tells him "well now you do" and attacked him.


I am pretty sure that comes from the guy that was watching from the second story window. the Zman was yelling to for help.

No I'm arguing alternative points of view because we have zero proof on critical elements of this case. Like who started the fight, whether Martin feared for his life if he did start the fight, etc.

Do you just want Zimmerman to win, or want the real facts to come out? Something which may be impossible though as I fear we will only have Zimmerman's account on many of the critical elements. If you blindly trust someone who's trying to keep his butt out of prison, then I've got a bridge to sell you.

as indicated by another person in this thread... if forensics comes back with a correct angle of penetration in the wound, it could prove position when the weapon was fired.

Links? I have not heard of ANY witnesses to that, only the one who saw Martin already on top and ran away to call 911.

Here are the only witness accounts I've seen.

Mary Cutcher was in her kitchen making coffee that night with her roommate, Selma Mora Lamilla. The window was open, she said.
"We heard a whining. Not like a crying, boohoo, but like a whining, someone in distress, and then the gunshot," she said.
They looked out the window but saw nothing. It was dark.
They ran out the sliding glass door, and within seconds, they saw Zimmerman.
"Zimmerman was standing over the body with -- basically straddling the body with his hands on Trayvon's back," Cutcher said. "And it didn't seem to me that he was trying to help him in any way. I didn't hear any struggle prior to the gunshot.
"And I feel like it was Trayvon Martin that was crying out, because the minute that the gunshot went off, the whining stopped."
The two women said they could not see whether Zimmerman was bruised or hurt. It was too dark.
"Selma asked him three times, 'what's going on over there?' " Cutcher said. "He looks back and doesn't say anything. She asks him again, 'everything OK? What's going on?' Same thing: looked at us, looked back. Finally, the third time, he said, 'just call the police.' "
Another resident who identified himself as John contradicted Cutcher's account. He remembered Martin being on top of Zimmerman.
He told the Orlando TV station WOFL that a guy wearing red yelled to him, "Help! Help!"
"I told him to stop and I was calling 911," he said. "And then when I got upstairs and looked down, the person that was on top beating up the other guy was the one laying in the grass. I believe he was dead at that point."

The witness, who is identified as “John Doe,” did not want to go on camera. The witness told FOX 35 he was downstairs when he saw two men scuffling in his back yard.
“The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: ‘help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911,” he said.
Trayvon Martin was wearing a hoodie; Zimmerman was wearing red.
The witness continued: “When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point,” John said.

Do you have another witness other than the "John" guy?

Oh wait...maybe its a "white oriental" that is racist and LYING on the report to the police just to stick it to the poor innocent little hoodie wearing boy who had a bag of skittles...I wonder what the toxicology report shows how much "skittles" poor innocent little hoodie wearing boy had in his system

You won't be selling me any bridges, because, I will let the evidence prove what happened not the speculation that you keep exposing. If we can't believe what the police say, and the evidence that has been presented, then NO ONE should be convicted of ANY Crime.

This is all a money scam. All the lying and cover ups point to one thing an agenda, and it looks like the usual culprit......greed. Mom and Dad said Trayvon was never in trouble and sealed his school records, initially said the yelling on the 911 calls was not TM. Now it is. School records show TM was suspended 3 times this year already. Once for excessive school skipping, once for possession of burglary tools and 12 rings and necklaces (that he claimed were a friends), once for marijuana pipe and baggy. This was nothing more than a thug wannabe who just hadn't been caught enough yet. Definitely not the little angel he was suppossed to be. His Twitter account talked about him swinging on a bus driver and his selling pot. This was not a nice person who we should believe could never attack a man. The parents say it has no bearing, BS, it shows his personality and issues. His my space and twitter pictures show him with a full gold grill, tatoos, baggies and throwing gang signs. Maybe cool, but my kids would never get away with it.

Mom and Dad have already filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the complex and say Zimmerman's is coming. Why? If stand your ground is found valid they will get nothing. Do they think they can get a settlement before the ruling? I have bad feelings about this whole issue.

This should never have been blown out of proportion like this. What Mom or Dad ever wants to believe that their son could do so wrong. A good example of that is a couple of weeks ago we had a 19 year old black man kill a sheriffs deputy on video and in front of witnesses. What does Mom say? "It's the cops fault because he should have already been in jail but he lied saying he was his brother and was released, but if they had done their job, none of this would have happened. Never is a kid bad to Mom and Dad.

You need to give Zimmerman a break until the facts come out, Some of the facts about TM are out now. He could easily have done what Zimmerman said.

And when the inevitable rioting occurs I hope somebody sues Mom and Dad for instigating it and all the damage with their lies.

Maybe we could get Casey Anthony in on it too. I've had more than my fill of all of it.

Again THERE IS NO WITNESS THAT SAID WHAT BONEHEAD POSTED!!! The only witness to the fight is the "John" as I posted. He did NOT state anything about the BEGINNING of the fight. Only that Zimmerman was already losing as asking for help.

Here's a video on the subject. Cooper states that Martin may have tried to grab Zimmerman's gun. This shows that Marin may also have feared for his life knowing a gun was in play. he also states what I said about the new "John" witness. The real info is towards the end of the video.
