But just because you make these baseless assertions, do not expect people to take them for facts, which you seem to present them as.

Remember, the 911 operator asked Z, the color of the individual, he did not volunteer it. A profiler probobly would say, "There's a black kid acting funny in my neighborhood."

After being asked Z answered, "I think he's black". Doesn't sound racist/profiling to me.

ANSWER MY QUESTION- OTHER THAN BEING BLACK, WHY DID ZIMMERMAN THINK MARTIN WAS SUSPICIOUS.

The fact that the operator asked him for the description before he got around to giving it doesn't negate the motivation for the call in the first place.

I walk into a McDonalds. Are you saying that until a the kid behind the counter asks for my order I wasn't there to eat? Of course I was, that's why I came in.

As for the section in Bold- People like me? WTF does that mean? It sounds like if you saw someone like me you would follow me in your car, call 911, and follow me on foot because you didn't like the look of me and/or didn't like what I was up to.

"Hey we've had some break-ins in my neighborhood, and there's a real suspicious guy... This guy looks like he's up to no good. Or he's on drugs or something. It's raining and he's just walking around, looking about."

Certainly possible that Martin was lost. From Zimmerman's perspective, though, we have a history of break-ins, and there's a guy walking around at night looking at houses - in the rain, no less.

So he's looking around a lot? Sure, maybe a little weird. But no overtly criminal behavior right? No looking in windows or jumping fences. My point is also that had trayvon been a white women doing the same thing, the call to the police never happens.

Again, you seem to miss this point. It isn't about winning or losing. No one won in this case; random kid died for no reason.

It's about learning from a situation, be it yours or another persons, and taking the lesson to heart.

And I have had a situation like this in my life, I walked into my place in the middle of a robbery, and instead of going all Rambo and shooting up the place I ran. I lived in an apartment with thin walls. I drew my gun, shoved my wife out the door behind me, and followed her. I ran, and we called the cops. The scarey part of pointing a gun at someone is the idea that they might point one back at you.

um...he CAN profile...

And going to check out a "suspicious person" is NOT escalating the situation (kinda like maybe seeing someone down the road in your neighborhood and and going to "check it out")...asking him "what are you doing here" is NOT escalating the situation (seeing that same person down the road in someones back yard after they saw you and made it a point to escape your view in the dark) ...throwing a punch, pinning someone to the ground, and repeatedly pummeling IS escalating the situation. (and that IS evidence both in the report and from witnesses)
