This is a former Harris County (Houston area) deputy arrested for assaulting a child. This doesn't speak well for the Sheriff's Department's hiring practices when cops become criminals.

What about Gongora? He should be in jail for a long time. Child molestin' cop will have fun in the pen. Ok maybe he won't, but someone will. How does this stuff go on for years and no one know. If I was her dad that dude wouldn't be in jail. I would.
