Any owner of one of the 'bully breeds' should always be vigilant when their 'sweet thang' is around kids. I know I try to be. Many of these attacks could have been prevented if the irresponsible owners knew how to recognize their dog's body language.

you should see how "pro gun" members start ranting about people being "too stupid to own a gun" and sound just like antis wanting to restrict and tell people they cannot own a weapon.

one man makes a mistake and he is should have never been allowed to have a firearm, another man makes the SAME mistake and people are MUCH MUCH more understanding.

same mistake. uncleared weapon and pointing in a unsafe direction. one was a LEO and one was citizen. one woman died, one women could have easily been killed.

its the "reasonable gun law" crowd that freely gives away gun rights. fair weather friends that are pro gun when its convenient and quick to flop when things are uncomfortable.

this is taken from a post I made in another thread discussing Ohio gun laws. this stuff really does bother me.

6 years mandatory prison for a weapon that holds 31 rounds? 31+ rounds makes it a "machine gun"? HTF does an AK go from semi auto to a "machine gun" when you change the magazine?

transporting a weapon "unloaded" is legal. "loaded" means ammo in a speed loader or magazine regardless of where it is in a vehicle.

so if you have your pistol in a case in the trunk and you have a loaded mag locked in the glove box, you are carrying a concealed weapon and facing a felony.

whats the point of having a firearm for protection if you have to load the mags? you can't even open carry in a car.

its to make people beg govt to carry concealed.

its silly BS infringement that only penalizes people that follow laws.

And I find it even more disturbing that anyone could use this argument and call themselves a thinking man. Dogs are creatures that can make their own decisions, guns can't. Dogs aren't protected by any of the Bill or Rights, guns are.

Humans are also creatures that make their own decisions. What good is a gun without a human? Of course a gun cant make its own decision. Good observation "thinking man".
