You can understand my confusion, we never did that crap when I was in school. Seems like every generation has some dumba$$ school drill. Cold War: In case of nukes lets hide under our desks...
I have actually been in a high school that went into lock down (Crazy dude shot a security guard downtown) And my first thought was, well dont we make convenient targets....
And the local community college went into lockdown last year cuz there was an escaped convict in the woods(I wasnt there for that)

we never had them when I was in school either. it really pisses me off, they make me a stationary target, then don't allow me to legally have my gun with me
