OUCH!! That's not a good way to teach kids. i know what class would be like if we weren't there, and it's not pretty, we do the heavy werk so teachers can keep teaching.

Yeah, chasing 24 five year olds around all day is taking a toll on her. That and the fact that she is first year, so her contract ends the last day of school and if they don't want to re-hire her they don't even need a reason. We want to buy a new vehicle and maybe get pregnant this year, but we don't know if she will even have a job come summer.

That's one of the many sucky things about teaching. we lost a really good teacher because his "mentor" who did not even have the same license, didn't agree with his practices, even though the people who actually werked with him really thought he was good

We were talking about this at dinner tonight. She is worried that because she actually werks during her plan period rather than kiss a$$ to the principal she could get looked over next year. I told her that if they pick the brown nosers over the ones that werk, then they would be doing her a favor by not bringing her back.

the suck ups always get ahead and the hard werkers get nothing, it really pizzes me off.
