Most likely a defect in the imaging system (i.e a glare in the lens), but maybe not ...

If it's on Youtube, it must be true. That's where I learned that what I thought was just water vapor behind flying jets is actually chemicals that the government is using to poison us (Chemtrails-look it up), the sky is actually a big plasma screen (search: sky plasma screen) and that there is something that the government is putting in our water that makes rainbows appear when you spray water from a garden hose. Also fluoride is put in our water to make us dumb.
