upping the average

I have heard the average gunfight consists of 5 shots and lasts 3-5 sec. Well, I think we had one in town this morn that is trying to up the average.

And none of them could hit the broad side of a barn from the inside.

Officers said they found a lot of .9 mm shell casings. At this time, technicians think between 10 and 50 shots were fired.
Wow. Those bullets were REALLY small (.9mm). I didn't know they made them that tiny. And 10-50 is a wide range of uncertainty.

I know *I'd* be really pissed off if bullets came close to hitting my kids in their room!

What would any of you do, if you lived in that apartment complex, and outside two groups were firing back and forth like that and and rounds were hitting your apartment? Or house for that matter. My instinct would tell me to take them out from the rooftop after it went on and on like that lol.. but my conscience tells me I'd get in deep crap for doing so most likely, even if I felt I was in danger and protecting myself.

:P bwaahahahahahaaaa

Let's see here....
9.0 millimeter = 0.354330709 inch, so then 0.9 millimeter = 0.035433071 inch... That's about 1/32 of an inch! Guess that's a microbullet then? That gives whiotv7 like a 90% error in their report on the caliber.

Just goes to show yet ANOTHER way a period can really mess things up!

jednp, I would get myself and my loved ones as far BACK (from the front of the apt where they were shooting) and DOWN BEHIND some cover, and then call 911 from my cellphone and report those mofo's. I believe if you start sniping them from your roof, you'll be just like them (breaking the law) and get busted, too. Just keep you and yours safe. Be armed and ready in case they happened to break into your place, THEN you can fire at will.

But it seems to me that when they come up missing is when they cause the greatest concerns.
